What a hectic weekend we had on the 27th and 28th! It was Three Connections’ first double whammy weekend with an event on Friday AND Saturday with a fantastic jungle theme! On Friday, we settled back into the plethora of couches and bean bags and enjoyed the action packed Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle movie. We were rolling around in laughter, especially from Kevin Hart and Jack Black’s characters! And of course, a movie night wouldn’t be complete without some buttery tasty, popcorn.
The following evening, we decided to really dive into the depths of the jungle with our Welcome to the Jungle party! We had some fantastic dress ups, some puppets even made an appearance. Everyone was strutting their limbo skills – some creatively going OVER the plank instead of under! There was also a game involving toilet paper…first to wrap the mummy wins! I’m sure Evan and Patrick have always DREAMED about being wrapped in toilet paper by their buddies! And of course, there was so much dancing and singing to our favourite tunes – we truly earned our end-of-night Uno competition.
