Three Connections continues to mark another milestone with our very first outing, dining at the fun and funky Rosa Mexicano at Burwood Brickworks. Our participants met at the centre and, under the enthusiastic guide of Jessica and Tahlia, walked to the tram stop. We loved watching all our participants look out for each other on busy roads and on Public Transport. A short tram ride later and we were there!
The team at Rosa Mexicano were so happy to have us dine with them. They served us with big smiles and everyone’s food was highly rated, except maybe Anton who struggled with those Chipotle Hot Wings! Some of our crew even tried the staple Mexican soft drink, Jarritos. We then safely and carefully walked off our burritos and quesadillas and returned to the centre for pick up.
It was a brilliant night for all involved and we cannot wait to host another outing again soon!
