Happy Year of the Ox, traditionally said to bring new career advancements! We celebrated Chinese New Year by partaking in a delicious feast of food, cooked by Hugh! The feast included everyone’s favourites, such as spring rolls and dumplings. We also put our craft skills to work with Will and made some colourful Chinese lanterns to hang around our centre.
While 6 of our girls were away on Camp Kachow, we brought our PlayStation and our competitive edge for a Video Game Night. Everyone took turns in some epic battles on Call of Duty and Star Wars: Battlefront. Nick and Patrick very kindly shared these games with us, thank you boys! As you can see from the photo, there was lots of laughter and banter to be had.
